Here are the answers to some simple problems that may arise:
Watch not working when new?
Look to where the crown is (next to the 3). Is there a small plastic piece there holding the crown out from the watch? If so remove it as its function is simply to preserve the battery until the watch is needed. Once discarded, set the correct time and then press the crown in to the body of the watch. Your watch should now work.
